Arbatax Park Resort Cottage offers elegant rooms set in independent cottages within the Arbatax Park Resort, between 10 and 100 metres from the sea. The complex boasts over 60 hectares of sports and leisure facilities and a private beach.

All air-conditioned rooms are decorated in a traditional Sardinian style and overlook the sea or the gardens. Each comes with a TV and minibar.

This property features a dedicated area at the Lido di Orrì beach, where guests enjoy free use of a parasol and sun loungers. There also is a shuttle service from/to the private beach.

Warmly offered by me

Nice environment, you can find everything in one place: beach, pool and restaurants. All places are clean and tidy. Our cottage was comfortable, just like you can see on all pictures of the hotel. Although the place is giant, there was no crowded. We had an adult-only pool, we liked it very much. Extra surprise: wine and water at the dinner was included into the half-board service. Really kind staff.

If you do not have all inclusive service, you can buy only sandwiches or pizzas for luch In the bar and even in the restaurant most of the staff spoke weak English

An amazing resort with improvable service level

The location is wonderful, several beaches and pools and restaurant options, the animal farm very nice for kids, the fascinating old town on the top of the hill, the sport options and the night entertainment at the amphitheatre . The entire structure is amazing and merged into a beautiful natural landscape made of mediterranean and exotic vegetation facing the usual Sardinian crystal waters and that's why, in the end, I would recommend this resort despite the bad organization

The food services provided are, at the best, of an average level, but still very expensive. The organization of the pool bar is chaotic. Young staff is kind and willing to provide their best service but sometimes not prepared, or in insufficient number to provide a good level of service. Quite often I didn't receive from the staff the information I needed or sometimes it was wrong. The equipment of the room is less than basic, I understand and agree with the Eco concept of the resort but at least a pair of disposable paper slippers would have been appreciated. An old abandoned playground might be improved to provide playing experience also to toddlers which cannot be accepted in the kids entertainment group.

1st time we get back to the same hotel

The location of our room was nice. The staff was very friendly. We were in the same hotel 5 years ago, but not the cottage part, the upgrade to cottage is worth the price.

There's a general problem with booking.com when you have children I think. We booked for 2 adults and a 2.5 years old child. The reservation the hotel received was for 3 adults. My advice if you have children is to book directly with them, it will be less expensive. The advice for the hotel is to upgrade to electric leaf blower for all staff. The noise of the petrol one is unsupportable.

Nice Accomodation if it was not a resort

The room (Sup. Double) was really nice and with direct access to the beach.

Service personell was not trained but did their best. you really noticed when there were trained waiters around. Checkin was a nightmare. You need to take the parc bus to get to the car. that makes a dinner night outside really complicated, and I guess they want it like that. prices in the park for drinks etc are quite high so better bring a little bit. Keep in mind that it is a resort and not a hotel.

The Bungalow was perfect and 10% of the staff. Nice coastline for swimming and photos.

90% of the staff should not be engaged with the public, as rude and deliberately unhelpful. The state of disrepair throughout and shocking. You need to see the whole site to appreciate how shabby it is and not be funnelled into only a small part of the site. Worlds worst farm/zoo, surprised animals not committed suicide to escape the environment. Poor standard of food and some of the bars couldn't be bothered to offer cold draft beer, so had to pay 25% more for warm bottle beer. Baby room should have been condemned as contaminated by historical food, abandoned. Im sure this place was amazing many, many, many years ago, now it's a poor reminder. We booked the final weekend of the site, so maybe the staff and state was exhasued after a busy season, but paid FULL PRICE so expected what I had paid for, not the reality of this place. Will never return or recommend to anyone. .

Extremely neglected and disappointing, far below the expectations for a 4star resort. avoid it!

-view at the beach -clean bad and sheets/towels -the housekeeping ladies and 1-2 other staff were nice and friendly

-Lack of furnishings: only a bed, two nightstands, a small table, and a single chair, which was completely different from the photos on the booking platform.1chair and a table at the terrace. The room was dusty/sandy floor. -On the day of our arrival (Wed.evening),we realized that the wall faucet was leaking and the shower drain was not drain properly, resulting in flooding of the entire bathroom area.Due to this ongoing flooding,the plaster on the other side of the wall in the bedroom was crumbling. On Thurs.morn.,we informed the FO about the issue. The maintenance person came at 10:00 AM,told us to wait 5min and assured us he would be back.However,he returned only after our 2.visit to the FO,around 5:30 PM,and brought silicone,despite our explanation that this would not help the real issue.We were told not to use the shower until the next day,which felt unreasonable after spending the day at the beach. -Disappointing breakfast buffet-limited variety and the quality of food. -We were disheartened by the behavior of the reception staff, who were unhelpful and dismissive. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, they offered little assistance and even suggested we pay extra for a different room. The lack of understanding and flexibility was frustrating, and we were repeatedly told that issues would be addressed when they were not. -The condition of the resort was awfully neglected,not as advertised.It is clear that it have not been maintained, and the property is in desperate need of repairs. public areas, such as the beachside restrooms, there was a lack of supplies: lack of toilet paper and soap, even the toilet door was unable to be closed -On the second day, we wanted to leave the hotel, but the manager refused to refund the remaining amount due to the non-refundable booking policy.Although we were given another room, we were still unhappy with the overall quality and services for a 4*resort, especially considering the amount of money we paid.

Second summer vacation in a row!

We liked it a lot last summer and came back also this year for our seaside vacation. We were not disappointed! Everything was great: - private beach - excellent food and service at Sa Gana Restaurant (huge thanks to the amazing chefs Roberto & Giuseppe and their team)! - Bellavista Spa (we enjoyed a series of massages by excellent professionals Carol and Paolo)! - Lido di Orrì with its golden sands beach was only 10 min away, they brought us there on an inflatable boat - Traditional Sardinian Evening on Saturday is a highlight!

Sometimes I had to “share the meal” with very annoying wasps I learned they are particularly attracted to sausages and meat!

Enjoyable resort however customer service needs significant improvement

The beaches were beautiful

Poor customer service. I really wanted to give the property the benefit of doubt when reading previous reviews however the negative reviews rang true. There isn’t enough staff for how large the property is. They seem quite junior and under a lot of pressure from management.

Excellent

Right next to the ocean and near swimming pools, ok rooms not the newest but ok. Really nice with the park right in the backyard. Short distance to restaurants, and amusements in the hotel. The hotel it self and the area are really nice and it is deffentl worth while a visit Good with the shuttle bus. If we go to Sardinia again we would chose this hotel

The service in the restaurants could be better, seemed to be understaffed compared to the amount of guests. The prices in the bars are quite high for water and soda water. Change of bed sheets should have been done during a stay of 9 days

Very Good

Large complex with many pools and many things to do, like animal park for the kids. Breakfast and dinners were acceptable. The surrounding gardens with many plants, really made our stay more pleasant. Reception and hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The beaches around the property are quite unusable and made mostly of rocks, but very beautiful views from the top of the hill. The room itself is for sure not at a 4 star level hotel, but 3 stars.

It’s not worth the price

The beaches, the environment are beautiful

In my opinion for this price they should provide a much nicer room and service. They didn’t tell us we have to book the transfer from the airport one week before our arrival so we had to organize it ourselves. The aircondition in the room was horribly loud. The room was really old and sad. We booked a room in Cottage so it was a higher price so we expected a much nicer room. The beaches of the hotel were close but if you want to go outside of the hotel is very far. They organize a shuttle bus but only every 30 minutes and once it happened that there were no space left for us so we had to wait 30 minutes for the next bus. The food is really boring and repetitive in the restaurant which we had for halfboard. We wanted to book a table in another restaurant of the hotel but they couldn’t organize it at the reception which is ridiculous I think. I wanted to organize a cake for my husband’s Birthday but they couldn’t manage it even though I talked to them about it 3 times and they told me they will do it. Because of the cake we didn’t go to another restaurant but it never arrived because the reception didn’t communicated it to the restaurant. I was really sad and upset about it. The chairs at the main bar were always dirty. There were so many little things that you wouldn’t expect for this price and it was so disappointing because it was our honeymoon and we wanted to have something for a higher price just to make sure we have something extra as a honeymoon. Sardinia is amazing but we should have gone to a cheaper hotel somewhere else.

Amazing weekend away

This was an excellent weekend away. The rooms are very newly renovated and comfortable with the coldest air conditioning I’ve ever encountered in Europe. The food was amazing. Dinner was 4 courses every night and seafood was really fresh. The Hotel was wonderful and all the flowers were colourful. Massages and wellness centre very relaxing. I would definitely come back.

A wonderful relaxing holiday!

Stunning natural surroundings, pristine sea, great amenities. Our cottage provided spacious comfort. Sa Gana Restaurant served delicious cuisine, with friendly chefs and waitstaff. The Cagliari Soccer Summer School was a fantastic experience for our son. The Saturday Sardinian Cultural Program was captivating.

At times during lunch, we had to queue for a table at L’Oasi pizzeria, despite available seating.

Beautiful and quite Eco Resort

The Resort has very big territory with many various plants, flowers and animals. You have a lot of space to walk and everything it's really beautifull. There are many various beaches and bay: sandy or rocky for every taste. There are umbrellas and beach chairs everwhere, there is no problem to find a free space. There are also multiple swimming pools. It is possible to take a kayak or SUP for free. There are multiple restaurants and bars. The rooms are in separate small houses, so it was quite. The room is very well designed and equiped. There is s small village with a big white sandy beach in 5-10 minutes walk and more different restaurants. There are also different events in the evening. It is possible to book various excursion by car or boat or even rent a boat, bicyle or scooter directly in the hotel. The Hotel Personal is very nice and polite. Special thanks to Vineta from the Cottage and Suites Reception, who helped us with our questions and needs! We will definetely come again!
